  • Labeling & Contact Info: Please clearly label your box with your name, either on the exterior or a note inside. Be sure to include your return address and phone number to help us contact you if needed.

  • Rethreading Limitations: In some cases, holes may be too damaged or worn to successfully rethread. If this occurs, we’ll notify you before proceeding.

  • Insert Sharpening Policy: We are unable to sharpen inserts that have previously been sharpened by a third-party service.
